• Fees and Payments: Fees for our services will be agreed upon in the engagement agreement. Payment terms and invoicing procedures will also be specified therein.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cairnwick Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our online platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on our online platform; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
